We will prepare the contract for you to sign and make sure through our legal department, that the contract contains all the necessary information about the property, the buyer, and the seller including the payment plan and the seller’s bank account details.

After signing the contract, you can give us a power of attorney, this way we can work on your behalf and move the title deed of the property to your name.

We will also help you do other essential matters while you are in Turkey such as obtaining a tax number and opening a bank account.
