Negotiate the Purchase Price: Once you've found a property in Istanbul you're interested in, negotiate the price with the developer or their representative. our sales team will be present with you to fully support you and guarantee that the best price is in your hands.

Sign a Sales Contract: Once you've agreed on the price and terms, sign a sales contract (known in Turkey as satış sözleşmesi) with the developer. This contract should outline the details of the sale including the price, payment schedule, buyer and seller's information, seller's bank account information, completion date, specification of the property, and any other details. the sales contract will be in 2 languages (English and Turkish)

Obtain the Title Deed (Tapu): To transfer ownership of the property, you'll need to obtain a Title Deed (Tapu) from the Land Registry Office in istanbul. The developer or their authorized representative will transfer the Tapu to your name once the purchase is complete.

Utilities and Services: we will set up utilities and services for your property, such as water, electricity, gas, and internet, in your name.
